In my opinion the most useless item in fortnite (at least that i know of) is the bandage, 5 seconds to apply, only heals 15 hp and cant even heal you past 75, and is surpassed by every heal item, the small shield, the big shield, the medi mist, the med kit, all better options that appear only a bit more rarely than the bandages, and they don’t clutter up the map, i swear bandages are like cockroaches, they are everywhere, no matter how much you run from them at least its a decent early game option when rngesus hates you and just wont give you good healing items, it would be leagues better if they just removed the arbitrary 75 hp limit, then it would probably see a lot more use as a “i don’t want to waste my better heals but i need to top off my health” item
