I bought the battle pass pretty late and I only just reached tier 100, I grinded for hours just to finish all the challenges on my own. Can a noob like me be able to finish all the tier 100 challenges before season 3 ends? I’m rather nervous I won’t.

Seriously what in the world is wrong with you people? This is a sub for people to talk about the things going on in the game and share their experiences as well as get news out there for other people to know what’s going on. We are in the middle of a huge event but all I see when I scroll through the feed is kids asking for stuff in game like “Can we get the LMG and Homing Launcher instead of the grappler?” Or “Here’s my idea for how to bring siphon back into the game.” Asking for in game content is against the rules of this sub and I’m confused as to why these posts are allowed. I have never seen a more entitled, whiny, bratty group of people than this sub. Epic should have never listened to this sub in the first place. It’s gotten out of hand and I’m so glad they have basically stopped listening. This sub definitely should not have any influence on the game after seeing its community. Thanks for your time and I don’t care about karma because it means nothing so downvote me to hell if it makes you feel better about yourself. Doubt I’m gonna pay attention to the comments that are rage filled either so you can leave those if it makes you feel better too.

The no-build "issue" after gliding that killed Animal in his twitter clip was because of something introduced in Patch 8.3. It's caused by pushing turbo build while gliding; If it ever happens to you, simply release your turbo build and then press it again. (i said issue because automod)

8% of people are colorblind... 0.22% of people are deaf... 10% of people get severe motion sickness.

Fortnite has multiple colorblind modes to accommodate players that are affected by all different types of colorblindness.

However colorblindness only affects up to 8% of men and 0.5% of women.

Fortnite also has visual audio to accommodate deaf players. Again, this is great that Epic has gone to such great lengths to include these accessibility settings.

Deaf people only make up 0.22% of the US population.

In contrast to that...

Up to 10% of people are SEVERELY affected by motion sickness. And up to 75% are affected to some extent.

Telling 10% of the population that Fortnite will not accommodate them is outrageous.

Seriously. Players that suffer from motion sickness need to be heard and given accessibility options so they too can enjoy the game without suffering from headaches and/or nausea.

This is a no brainer.

3 months ago on Jan 26/27 2019 myself and 500 other Australians participated in the Fortnite lan summer smash event at the Australian Open... the top 100 that qualified and made it into the finals were told that the prize money was $1000 aud and i happen to have made it through to the finals myself but have yet to receive any money along side about 20 other players possible even more and when myself and the others reached out to all the competitive supports we heard back nothing and then i started to try and email epics different support where i was given the response that this was not and epic games sponsored tournament BUT i kept in contact with a couple of the blokes i met there and one of them who got paid was paid directly from Epic Games, inc (as seen below). It has been 3 months since the event finished 90 [DAYS]. there are around 20 people who have NOT been paid with a total earning of over $100,000 combined as shown in a quick list we tried to all put together for someone at epic to see but we have all been pretty much ignored upon trying to make contact, here is just a couple picture regarding whats happened as proof.

Epic Games Lies

MrPopoTFS has known about the turbo build 0.15 issue for at least a month, but said he just found out about it in his post on Friday

The turbo build post was unpinned from shortly after this comment had risen to the top laying out the timeline so I doubt many people have seen it.

To top it all off, they didn't even fix the turbo building and instead made it worse

More people need to see their downright abuse of forums to spread lies and misinformation. Just like publicly stating that FOV induced motion sickness can only occur with high FOV on TVs which is just not true.

Loot Lake Rune Event Updated Megathread

The Runes are still going and you guys have done an awesome job on activating them.

Please use this megathread to keep track of where the runes are on the map and discuss what could they could possibly mean.

Runes one through three have been completed already, and we're waiting on the fourth.

Rune One

Rune one was actived by players pickaxing different"sub"-runes until they reached their designated locations.

• Paradise/Lucky Rune

• Fatal Rune

• Runes Launch You If You're On Top

• Shifty Shafts Rune

• Rune Has Made It's Way To Loot Lake

• Volcano Has Started To Smoke

Rune two

The Second Rune has appeared above Loot Lake along with 3 lasers. Your job was to hit the lasers with your pickaxe to face the rune at Loot Lake. Everyone had to work together to try and split up between the 3 lasers to lock them in position.

• Lasers:

  • Volcano (Green).
  • Pleasant Park - near the ballers (Purple)
  • Tree of Life (Red)

• Rune Locations

• Rune Locations on Map (Image Source)

• Runes Mashed Together

• Theory on Solution to the Runes

• Laser Rune almost Ready

Rune 3

The third rune appeared today (04/25) and the community was very quick to put it in it's place. Players had to dance near the rune across all servers until it's meter filled.

The wait is over! Balance will finally be restored in the new ‘Endgame LTM’.

In order to keep the sub clutter free, all discussions relating to the Endgame LTM are to be contained in this megathread. Any posts outside of this thread are a frequently posted topic and subject to removal.

This is a spoiler free zone, all spoilers relating to Avengers: Endgame will be subject to removal.

Excerpt from Patch Notes:

Limited Time Mode: Endgame

Thanos and his Chitauri invade the Battle Royale island, in search of the six Infinity Stones.

Mode Details

• Endgame features a team of heroes fighting to stop Thanos and his Chitauri from claiming all six Infinity Stones.

• Both teams respawn when eliminated until the other side completes their objective.

• On one side is the Hero team. Heroes respawn when eliminated until the enemy team has found all six Infinity Stones.

• Heroes start with a treasure map that leads directly to a Mythic Avengers item.

• Other Avengers items can be found in Chests throughout the map.

• The goal for the Hero team is to destroy the Chitauri army and defeat Thanos.

• Team Thanos is comprised of Chitauri Invaders and Thanos himself.

• Chitauri Invaders start with a powerful laser rifle, an anti-structure grenade attack, and a jetpack that lets them briefly leap high into the air.

• The first Chitauri to recover an Infinity stone will be transformed into Thanos.

• Thanos has a powerful punch, a destructive beam attack, and the ability to jump high into the air and then smash anything in his way when he comes back down.

• Each time an Infinity Stone is claimed, Thanos' abilities grow more powerful and the Chitauri gain health.

• Reality Stone (Red) = Heath & Shields doubled (1000->2000)

  • Soul Stone (Orange) = Siphon activated (grants Thanos shields only)
  • Mind Stone (Yellow) = Jump height doubled
  • Space Stone (Blue) = Ground Pound AOE size tripled, damage x6
  • Time Stone (Green) = Big knockback added to each hit, damage x3
  • Power Stone (Purple) = Laser damage x6

• If Thanos is eliminated from the match, another Chitauri will become him after a short wait (unless Thanos is the last one standing).

• If Thanos & the Chitauri find all six Infinity Stones, Heroes will no longer be able to respawn.

• The goal for Thanos and his army is to find the stones and then eliminate the remaining heroes.

Air Royale was amazing! Thanks Epic!

The air royale game mode was a breath of fresh air. It could honestly be its own game (I want credit /s) and I hope it comes back in the future.

Seriously though, if you released the game mode as it's own game and never updated it again I'd still load it to play it daily.

Not many games lend themselves to have such crazy and unique game modes, but you guys knocked it out! Thanks again!

What if player builds visually deteriorated over time, to show how fresh or old the build was? E.g. Wood walls rotted over time, brick grew moss and the metal rusted.

Just a though, since sometimes youd see a build and wonder how new it was. There's definitely bigger concerns the game needs but I think itd be a cool concept to add

Looks like some runes have appeared on the map. Let's track them down and work together to move them to loot lake! Damaging them with weapons or pickaxes will lower their HP. Once it hits 0 it moves to a new location.

Hey Mods. The subs rules need to change. And you need to listen to the people on this sub. It is becoming a boring sub and it’s because of the rules you invented and the random and inappropriate ways that they are enforced.

I remember when this sub was AMAZING. It felt like the same crazy energy of fortnite and epic was in this sub. It was a direct extension.

But now this sub is a pale imitation of its former self. And the reason is the rules you have invented and the blind and random zeal with which you enforce it.

This is now an highly policed sub that generates the same exact type of content day in day out. It’s like a news site with updates on weather, business and sports. It’s boring. And because of the zeal with which posts are removed I dont even want to bother posting ideas that I have because I’m sure it will be a waste of time because you’ll remove the post. And use your poorly written subjective and very broad rules to justify removing it. I’m sure you can find a silly rule in your encyclopedia of rules to remove this post. And you probably will.

But this sub is boring. And you have made it boring. And the way you behave reminds me of the mods in the r/nomansskythegame sub before it literally imploded (the sub was deleted then the admins got involved...it was chaos...look it up if you don’t know about it). I’m serious. I’m getting deja vu. And a hallmark feature of that sub before the implosion was mods removing post after post after post while citing a tome of stupid and poorly written rules. Sound familiar?

u/mrpopotfs and u/epicericsw you need to check in on this. Just because this sub was great before doesn’t mean it won’t turn cancerous. We all love this game. Adore it. It’s why people go through effort to post things here and the mods and their rules are draining all of this positive energy. They are making one of your best PR tools less effective.

Please bring back Team Rumble, Food Fight is bad. Also the week 8 challenges, no Team Rumble for them

Honestly Food Fight is just a bad mode. It isn't much fun, the objective isn't that great and the amount of bugs is on the roof it's unplayable.

I think replacing Team Rumble with any other big team mode is a big mistake for Epic on these times. Team Rumble could become a permanent mode and it would always be a popular mode and a fun mode. Food Fight just lacks those traits which is why not many people like it.

And of course, challenges. We want to unlock Ruin but with this mode currently it's very hard to do challenges, especially those that mention map locations. Team Rumble has no big barrier in the middle, it's just straight up death match and nothing else which is why it's perfect for challenges.

The Food Fight Ltm wasn't ever good since it came out and thsi time with all these bugs it's proven Epic just threw it in the game for no reason and called it a day.

Hi r/FortniteBR,

I’m an admin & Reddit dev. I work on a team here at Reddit that is building special features for r/FortniteBR. There’s something I’ve been working on that I wanted to share.

One thing people have been telling us is that they want a way to add a personality to their presence on the subreddit. Something like a skin, but for Reddit.

We started thinking about this, and we came up with an idea: Badges.

When you have a badge, it will be displayed before your username, and your username will be distinguished with a matching color.

This is what badges look like on web

And this is what they look like on mobile

Notice the badge comes before the username, so you can still have flair on the other side.

The badges are custom designed just for this subreddit, with images, memes, and jokes that have become popular here.

Some potential badges

Some of the badges may be limited edition, so they will only be available to the first few people who get them. In the future, we also want to get more ideas from the community for new badges that we can keep making.

A great way to generate reports we can dig into and debug is via the replay system. We posted all the replays from the World Cup qualifier here.

What we are looking for is bug reports in the form of:

• replay URL
• time code of issue
• display name of player followed via gameplay view
• description of issue
