So I have a big problem with my account, and I have been unable to contact Epic at all to resolve the issue.
I can't find a working phone number, emails don't work, etc.
So, I recently learned I'm only 4 hours away from their HQ in Raleigh, NC. I live in SC.
This is gonna be fun.
