Epic Games Account Disabled because I asked Support-A-Creator Code Support a question PLEASE HELP

Hello,

For background information.

2 Months ago, I was on vacation outside the US and didn't get an email that my creator code was going to expire so I was unable to validate I had a social with over 1000 followers.

When I came back I reached out to Epic Games Support and was told that I could not have my creator account reenabled immediately and would have to wait 2 Months (60 Days) before I could apply again.

Now fast forward to earlier today.

Tried to go to the creator code apply site and apply again. The site still says am ineligible to apply and my creator code is disabled.

So I reached out to Epic Games customer support again.

The guy in chat asks for In Game Name and email address [and no, they didn't ask for a password and I wasn't on a scam site I was on help.epicgames.com I could see my previous help ticket listed] .

Guy says give me a minute to look into your account, 5 minutes later he says "we cannot discuss private information about your account, I must end this chat" and leaves. No other response, nothing. Says that and immediately leaves.

Try to open another chat to speak to someone else. Can't because I am signed out of the help site.

Try to sign back into epicgames.com "Sorry, your account is inactive and may not be logged in".

Try to sign into Epic Games launcher, same exact error.

So now I can't create a new chat to speak directly to someone and I have not heard back from my email I tried sending.

Please can someone help, I've spent an insane amount of money on my account and this all makes zero sense.

[Also plenty of pros have had their creator codes taken away like clix and never had their fortnite account banned or epic games account made inactive. I have done nothing wrong, except forget to resubmit my social on the creator code site after getting an email that only gave me 3 days to readd my social to the creator code site]

Please if they are any mods or epic games employees that can help, I know I'm not a big name streamer or pro but I really enjoy the game and the community I play in and this is awful and really hurts that epic games just doesn't care.

[Edit: I was playing fortnite earlier today before I reached out to support so there was nothing wrong with my account for the last two months only my creator code was disabled]
