There is absolutely no reason for us to be forced to play with high/epic shadows and motion blur, it’s utterly ridiculous why these aren’t options we can disable yet on consoles.
If you’re going to comment such things as ‘They can’t it’s down to Microsoft and Sony’ then I’d like you to provide proof of this instead of parroting what you’ve seen somebody else say. There’s numerous console games that allow for different graphical settings. Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox One X for example has a ‘Performance mode’ which lowers the quality etc and allows the game to run at 60fps over the standard 30.
