Can't play fortnite due to my disability (since last update)

Since I was born my left hand don't work really well. I can just really use my left thumb an index finger so i can play with a controller, but I really can't be competitive with a keyboard with just 2 fingers

I love Fortnite since November of 2017, I discovered the game with controller, but I quickly wanted to reach the level of my KB/M friends, so I bought a mouse (first game I've ever played with a mouse), but has no choice to keep the controller in my left hand (playing the same role as a keyboard, like this guy : https://youtu.be/tsw3EuCfby0?t=20 )

And hey ! I can compete with KB/M players like this ! In fact, no one who play with me can see I'm not a keyboard player, I can aim, I can build fast, and even switch fast. I've played 6000+ games like this, but since the last update, my game looks like THIS : https://streamable.com/v9yx7

I can play with a controller like I said, but for FIFA or other games, I've hardly ever played Fortnite with controller (and I don't even like shooters like COD, just Fortnite). That's not the first time I had to stop playing Fortnite, I don't know why Epic broke many times this way of play, it came back every time because of others complains, this time I don't know were they are. Even if the last come back make the game run at 20 fps with negative acceleration for me, i kept playing that way, and hope I will be able to do it again.
