I’m out here desperate to get my account progress/skins back. I hit Tier 100 in season 3/4 and was grinding level 80 for full omega. I had just unlocked the blockbuster skin as well. Earlier this week I realized I can’t login and tried to login to my epic account and it kept saying inactive. I opened a support ticket and it said to reset password, but that didn’t work... I’ve been replying to that message via email, replying to Epic posts here and on twitter and even tried to call their phone line.
I don’t want anything more than my account and progress back. Hell, even if I lose my purchased skins and only got my battlepass season 3/4progress, I’d take that as a win at this point.
I’m not sure if I was hacked or banned, but if I was banned it would only be for being average at this game. I’m not out here dominating or anything.
Please help me with an upvote as it seems helpless to reach out to epic at this point. If you reply to this I’d gladly upvote a post from you guys. I’m not here to get my points up, I’m just here to get my account back during this double XP weekend and I need all the visibility I can get...
