Anybody else annoyed that older skins with skin changing emotes still don't allow us to euip the second version yet a lot of new skin changing emotes allow it

Chapter 3 had so many little cool things that never returned. Motorboats, logs, camps, tornadoes etc. I honestly miss these so much.
