Who honestly wants yearly Chapters?

I genuinely can not find a single person who actually wants Chapters to be yearly. It seems to me like Epic just wants to make as much money as they can without putting much effort in.

Chapter 3 had so many little cool things that never returned. Motorboats, logs, camps, tornadoes etc. I honestly miss these so much.
