Why do people say that “ch.2 season 2 was the best ch.2 season” when it was one of the most hated seasons back in the day?

I see a lot of people on this sub and on other platforms say that “ch.2 season 2 was the best ch.2 season.” But back in the day people were saying that it would kill fortnite and such.

Chapter 3 had so many little cool things that never returned. Motorboats, logs, camps, tornadoes etc. I honestly miss these so much.
