Okay I could be wrong but I feel like the reason people jump out at all the first drop locations is obviously to get some action and get in there straight away. I feel like people may want to go other places but as it takes a while to cross the map people might not want to wait so long while there's people already dying, if the bus was a little faster maybe some locations wouldn't be so empty? Tell me what you think.
