Drumgun spawn rate lowered?

So I haven’t played fortnite for week or so and now I never seem to find the drum gun. Have the massively lowered the spawn rate as it was so OP?

Chapter 3 had so many little cool things that never returned. Motorboats, logs, camps, tornadoes etc. I honestly miss these so much.
