Don't enable it (on console at least) because it will lower your aim assist to almost nothing. Missing shots left and right, crosshair wouldn't stick AT ALL. Was playing like this for days wondering what was wrong. Then I turned it off and the strong pull from aim assist went back to normal. Don't enable it.
Edit: yes im talking about Auto consumables to the right . Sorry don't know how to edit titles to fix it and make it clearer
