Fishing rods should not go in chests or floor loot.

Fishing rods are found naturally around the map as floor loot or one of the fishing rod barrels.

If you’re going fishing, you will most likely be heading for a spot with a fishing rod barrel to pick up a fishing rod and go fishing at a fishing spot.

Now, you can find fishing rods in chests, and this messes with the loot pool. You’re more likely to find fishing rods in chests than you are to find any other heal or utility. This should not be the case.

Fishing rods should only be available at fishing barrels. To counteract this, a fishing barrel can be placed in a house so fishing rod overall spawns are not affected.
