Hitching/Stuttering on PC and Mac

Hey, all.

We've made improvements to the recent hitching/stuttering issues on PC and Mac, but they haven't been fully resolved. We're actively working on a solution and will release a fix as soon as possible.

An update will be provided when we release the fix.
