The reason why the emote " Evil Plan " has the " NEW" tag on it

It's because when it first came out, in January 31st's shop, it was in the tab with Hana,Dip and Shadow Spar emote, literally the same rotation tab we have in today's shop so I think this is another proof AI is controlling the shop and a human being only interferes when a new skin/emote is getting released
