"Why don't you just play Warzone/Apex instead of Zero Build"

Why do so many people keep saying that...? Do those games have Peter Griffin? Is their map nearly as iconic? Do they have mobility items like flying katanas? If they don't then I'd rather play Fortnite, I just don't like to build, just shoot players.
