why is the shop the same crap over and over? does epic not want my money? in the short time i've been playing ive seen the same skins SO many times and majority r god awful... i do not comprehend why they do this. Does someone plan these? or is it an rng thing

ive had 11k vbucks for over 3 weeks already, I bought the shadow ruby and grim fable recently but besides that its just the same stuff. id understand -sort of- if the skins they kept putting up were really popular but all i see constantly r the styles from chapter whatever that you can customize (which always have ugly models/hair styles) those sport skins where you can choose your colors and things like damn flapjackie and surf witch which r horredous and ive never seen anyone use like wth.
