If you go down, it's entirely possible to be revived even if the odds are low. You can often restock your inventory completely when your teammate gets a kill. How do you feel when your teammates quit? Don't spread that feeling!
Also, don't afk when you ready up. Often times I match with people who do that and I end up having to quit when they are clearly afk and drop at the end of the bus route. Complete waste of time. Please be courteous.
Another bit of good manners is not ditching your teammate. You're going to die easier if you do that!
