Just tried “talking to everyone” for the first time in “duos”….

I’m a 42 year old, single dad of 2 girls. They love playing trios with me and I them. When they aren’t here, I play mostly solo. I’ve played a few games of duos with “mics off” because of all the crap stories I’ve read on here and other game pages. I finally decided to try to talk to my teammate and see how it went.

I’m by far not the best player, but playing with anyone outside my 9 and 7 year old daughters is WAY different of course. Playing solo and duos are different strategies, I know.

So….every game I played with “mics on”, it was total silence on their end, even with me asking if they could hear me….until the end. I’d hear “you f**king suck” or something similar. I’m always up for constructive criticism lol, but that does me no good. Especially not saying anything while we are actually playing. I know I’ve got some duo strategies to learn, so TELL me!

So, are there any groups out there that have people who are willing to setup matches and not be dicks? And also have fun WHILE tossing me tips? I’d rather not do random ones anymore. I’ll stick to solos instead of that crap.
