Problem with the Most Wanted Quests

I am playing on PC and completed all the Going In Quiet quests before the Cracking The Vault ones came out and received the Medallion for it, however, now that the new quests have been released it is still saying I need to get the medallion to unlock them(see image below)? To recreate this you probably would have needed to complete all going in quiet quests before the new ones were released.
