I can't tell, is J.B. Chimpanski supposed to be Soviet or American? His outfit and Soyuz rocket glider looks more like a cosmonaut, and he was teased in an image containing Cyrillic writing. But his aviators, the American flag on his helmet, and the way he talks is very American. What do you think?
