Heya Folks,
We’re currently investigating voice chat issues on the Android platform. A few indicators that voice chat may be broken are the following:
- Voice Chat is enabled but you are still not heard
- No microphone icon next to names in lobby or game
- No pop-up toast when chatting
If you are on Android and are having an issue, reply with the following format:
- Phone make & model (Samsung Galaxy S10+)
- ISP (Internet service provider)
- Gametype where it failed (Squads, Duo’s, LTM)
- Were you in a party with friends or in fill.
- Are you willing to be contacted by Epic for further investigations
- Additional questions such as what city you reside in will be asked from our team.
- If you are willing I will send a private message to you requesting your email address.
