Epic, if you're gonna have kills matter in a competitive or tournament setting, we need to receive kills from more suicide scenarios.

Here are multiple examples where you indirectly cause someone's death, but won't get a kill for it:

  • You build a wall right in front of somebody about to shoot their RPG, and it blows up in their face. Your wall caused them to die, but you don't get credit for it.

  • You deal white damage to somebody who then dies from the storm.

  • You deal white damage to somebody who then falls to their death (this is a major one, happens all the time in build battles).

  • You deal damage to somebody, who then rage quits the game (this is more of a joke, but I had it happen to me once, lol).

In my opinion, if you've recently dealt damage to somebody who then ends up killing themselves, you should get the kill. Maybe make it white damage only for fall damage deaths or storm deaths giving kill credit, since shield damage doesn't matter in that scenario.
