Eminem Music in Fortnite is hilarious

So there’s Eminem music on Icon Radio now & it’s so funny. They literally censored the word “die” on a song in a game where you kill people. This is in BR by the way, not any of the ‘E’ rated game modes. It’s so funny that they put one of the most vocally anti-censorship rappers’ music in the game & censored some of the most mundane common place words.

You shouldn't body shame character skins with a big butt.

Developers, having a big butt doesn't mean you should censor it. Having a big butt shows athleticism, strength, and health. It's as important as your muscles. It's not always a sexualized body part. Omni-Man's nerfed butt is so lame. Having a big butt has a lot of health benefits as well. Please, for the love of god stop nerfing butts and shaming people for it. It's completely fine and normal to have a big butt. You might think this is a joke post it's not, I'm being serious. Having flat butts for both men and women is so infuriating. Please reconsider Epic. I'm serious.

I just got my first W on playing Fortnite on PS4 for the first time and I’m an fucking ecstatic

So as the title says I got my first ever W on Fortnite on the PS4 for the first time which is today. I tried to share the screenshot of my victory as evidence but I couldn’t find the twitter option. I was really nervous when I got to the last five, on the kill feed it said this player shot gunned the other one. Then I noticed another player and I killed him with a headshot via epic pump shotgun. I medded up and I was attacked by another player that just dropped in by the rift but I was able to win the fight. I healed up again and along came another player, it was a game of hide and seek as they hide behind the supply drop box but I got them. Lastly it was me and this player he had a port a fort so they must has used the launch pad there. Anyways they came up behind me and used the LMG and started taking an incredible chunk of the my health. I ran like crazy and hid behind a small health taking mini shield to heal up. I managed to get at least 25% shield since the storm came at me to make the situation worse the player had the high ground I had the low ground. So I figured I would die trying, thus I landed numerous shots the opponents head and I won…..I FUCKING WON I WAS THE LAST MAN STANDING. Like I said I wanted to share the screenshot but the twitter option didn’t come up for a strange reason other than that I look forward to getting more Ws on PS4.

For me it's Rick Sanchez. I even played the season he was available but never bothered to buy the BP, I still hate myself for not buying it...at least I have The Rick Dance emote from the free pass that season lol.

It isn't the nostalgia

For some of us, mostly those who started playing at the beginning, we love basic. While I completely understand that new players love all the new mobility and items and unpredictability, that just isn’t the case for everyone. Some people enjoy how it’s just less gimmicky and to be honest, more boring. We want the weapons in the current version, and enjoy the way they play, and the excitement comes from getting the rarer versions of these weapons.

The space of the map really made us fear the storm back in the day too. People ran earlier, and generally just enjoyed running around the map without much mobility. The openness allowed for more vision of course as it was originally built for builds.

The lack of heals also is something we enjoyed. Not everyone full healed or had a constant healing factor during every fight, and that made things more fun. Most of us were 150 most of the time, if not 100, and we liked that. It all made looting actually worth it, and made finding good items more fun.

Hear me say, I get it. People like weird mobility, one hit weapons, and gimmicks that let them have fun with the game, but for some of us, this is the “boring” game we fell in love with. We stopped playing because of all the new items that made it feel so different.

It's not the nostalgia that's making me play. It's the fact that I truly enjoy this version of the game more than what fortnite turned into. When chapter 2 came out, I was excited, and it turns out I just did not enjoy it. That doesn't mean I'm mad at others for enjoying it. We're just allowed to like different stuff.

All respect to everyone! Just trying to provide clarity for those who are so vehemently opposed to this version this early. Hope everyone enjoys OG as much as I do!

To top off our celebration, some lucky community members will receive a brand new Nintendo Switch (EU only) or Xbox Series S (NA / EU)!

We couldn't have reached such a major milestone without the help of all of you, and this is just one of the ways we want to show our appreciation!

No way people are complaining about this

The amount of people I’m seeing whining about sprinting, mantling, and hurdling staying for next season is ridiculous. If Epic were to remove these, it would make the game way less enjoyable even for people who play Zero Build.

We’ve gotten so used to these things, reverting them back would just make the experience more a bit more annoying.

Anyways where are you guys dropping tomorrow?
